That means each shot is doing at least 2712 base dmg minimum (8137 (FP hp) / 2 (2 shots) / 1.5 (explosive bonus) ).Ģ712 / 2 for scrake's explosive resistance means each hit to a scrake with an RPG is doing 1356. RPG IIRC has 20 shots total, so you're looking at 2.85 shots (for the sake of ease let's say 2 shots per kill). That in return means that with a buffed Pulverizer you can kill 7 FPs. As that is T3, let's half that count for T4.
